1. Introduction

Welcome to Jewellery by Gem ("we", "our", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Our Products

All jewellery is handmade to a high standard using fine silver and sterling silver. As each piece is handcrafted, there may be slight natural variations between items. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. All items are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a pricing error has occurred or if stock is unavailable.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. A flat rate shipping charge of £3.50 applies to all orders.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Jewellery by Gem and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. postal services). By placing an order you consent to this use of your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
